De Gruyter humanities

We support the open access project De Gruyter humanities.

The project includes Open Access publications for the modules German Literature, German Literary Studies, History. It was set up in cooperation with the State and University Library of Göttingen in Lower Saxony as a library crowdfunding in a consortium model.
Since 2021, a total of 72 titles have already appeared as OA publications with the support of academic libraries in German-speaking countries.
For many years, the University and City Library of Cologne has cooperated with various OA projects on behalf of the university to promote the free publication of scholarly monographs.
