Seat booking with anny

Reserve your learning space in advance

Several people are sitting at tables in a library, studying intently with laptops, books, and headphones; the focus is on a woman in the foreground.

You can easily reserve your study space in the reading rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor, in the internet room, or in the group study room using the “anny” booking system. You can work at the workstations in reading room VII on the 2nd floor without booking in advance.

Instructions: How to reserve your workplace

At this point, only use the "Login with SSO" button and in the app via “Continue with SSO.” Please do not enter your email address.

Members of the UoC please enter "uni-koeln.de" and external persons (students of other universities, private persons) please enter "ub.uni-koeln.de".

UoC members log in with your university account.

External users log in with their library card number and the assigned password.

Click on “Entdecken” (magnifying glass icon) at the top of the page to see an overview of all the resources you can book.

Alternatively, you can access USB resources via the “Communities” section. As a member of Uzk, please select “USB UzK” here...

...people who do not belong to UzK can access the bookable resources via the “USB External Members/Private Individuals” community.
