Writing counselling

Are you planning your academic thesis or have you encountered writing problems? We offer consultation hours for students and doctoral candidates from the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Human Sciences and the Faculty of Humanities.

In the one-hour writing consultation you can, for example

•  discuss the steps and problems involved in finding a topic
•  receive professional tips for academic literature research
•  talk about the content, structure and goals of your thesis
•  prioritise, make decisions and think about the time frame
•  receive tips on how to get back into the flow of writing

The consultations take place online via Zoom; we will send you the access data in advance by e-mail. You do not need to register for Zoom.

Please note: This service is not to be confused with proofreading. The responsibility for the content remains entirely with the author. Above all, it is necessary to know the respective guidelines for writing a scientific paper of your institute or department.
