Sending interlibrary loan articles by e-mail
As of February 1, you will receive your journal articles ordered via interlibrary loan by e-mail attachment and no longer have to pick up the printouts at the library. The ordering procedure and costs have not changed for you.
For legal reasons, libraries were previously not allowed to send essays electronically directly to those who ordered them. Fortunately, this has now changed! The collecting societies VG WORT and VG Bild-Kunst as well as the federal and state governments have developed a procedure with the library associations to enable e-mail delivery.
